One place to begin
Welcome to JuanClick. Open Tools to find your planner, Files, Classroom, shops and local services. One member account lets you find help and choose whether to offer your own services.
Work with your files
Files opens supported documents, spreadsheets, PDFs and presentations. PowerPoint paragraph editing keeps the original package structure. Complex features have limits, so download a copy and check it in the original application.
Learn, teach, revisit
Teachers share lessons and review private answers. Students can see released feedback, study from PDFs and practise with Study Buddy. Practice is separate from class grades. Paid AI generation is not enabled.
Local help, by agreement
Browse participating local service providers and agree on an appointment. Confirmed bookings appear in your planner. Check each provider and the agreed price. JuanClick does not process online payments or guarantee availability.
Journeys need local coverage
Transport tools support reviewed jeepney routes, optional approximate vehicle positions and tricycle requests. Real route and operator onboarding is still needed. Taxi requests depend on approved online drivers. TNVS prices remain inactive until current comparisons are approved.
A little help nearby
Juan for Paws helps members coordinate reports and offers of animal help. Public maps show approximate areas. It is not an emergency dispatch service. Contact an appropriate local professional when urgent help is needed.
Plan your next step
Use your planner for classes, tasks and personal events. Browser updates need an open page. Reliable closed-app reminders, real Google round trips and physical-device pilots still need verification. Explore a tool, read its guide and keep important downloads.

Your shop, your starting point
Open My shop from Tools. Choose a starter template and edit your items, prices and settings. The counter is for your own sales records. Check the current shop before making changes.
Stock when you need it
Turn on stock tracking for items you want to count. Record replenishment or corrections and review low-stock notices. Untracked services and made-to-order items can stay uncounted. This shop inventory uses whole selling units.
Review incoming orders
Customers can send order requests from your public shop page. Incoming orders update while the page is open. Review the details before accepting, preparing or completing an order. A website request is not an online payment.
Delivery by agreement
An accepted shop order can lead to a delivery request. Eligible nearby providers send quotes, and the customer chooses one. The agreed delivery fee is paid directly to the provider, with zero JuanClick commission. The shop bill stays separate.
Keep the handoff clear
Accepted deliveries include private messages, status steps and optional location sharing. The customer confirms receipt. Keep the page open for updates. Physical rider journeys and reliable closed-browser notifications still need real-world tests.
Know what the totals mean
Choose a date range to review completed sales, payment totals and recorded expenses. Sales less expenses is a simple cash summary, not accounting profit. Product costs and any missing expenses are not automatically included.
Invite customers to browse
Use your shop link or QR code to help customers open the right page. Try the full ordering and handoff flow with your own team before relying on it. Additional paid-shop activation and online payment integration remain closed.
Customer appointment requests

Let customers ask
Barber shop and salon owners can enable appointment requests from their private diary. Open Customer requests and settings. Publish your shop, review prices and add your team first. Check the consent box before enabling requests.
Start at the shop
Customers open a participating shop and choose Request an appointment. Sign in with a free JuanClick account. The request is private to the customer and shop owner. No payment is taken here.
Ask for a visit
Enter your contact number, service, Manila date and time, and requested duration. Ask at least thirty minutes ahead. Confirm that you understand the shop must approve it. Keep notes brief and avoid sensitive information.
Wait for a decision
The owner reviews the exact time and duration with the customer and team member, then assigns an eligible person. Accepting checks for overlapping scheduled visits. Decline with a response if another arrangement is needed.
Check the confirmation
The customer can see the shop response, assigned team member and confirmed visit. Use Refresh status or reopen My requests to check updates. Automatic messages, closed-app notices and appointment reminders are not included.
Keep changes clear
Customers can cancel a pending request or confirmed visit before arrival, with a reason. This releases the reserved time. To change a confirmed schedule, cancel and send a new request; the owner cannot silently reschedule it privately.
Record the actual visit
Approved requests appear in the shop diary. Record arrival and the visit outcome there. Use Team and shares for actual staff assignments and the counter for sales and payment records. Neither approval nor completion automatically records revenue.

Start from your lesson
In Classroom, open a lesson or task and choose Take private study notes. The new notebook includes the current instructions and source revision. It is a separate private copy, and it does not submit an answer to your teacher.
Open a PDF you may use
Open the attached class PDF, or choose a local PDF. Class access is checked when opening an attachment. Local files stay in this browser tab. Choose up to ten consecutive pages from a PDF with at most three hundred pages.
Read the preview carefully
Extract the selected pages, then review the preview and page references. Only selectable text is read. Scans, diagrams, formulas and complex reading order may be missing. This is not OCR or an AI summary.
Keep control of your notes
Append the checked text to your lesson, or confirm replacement. Choose Save private text when ready. Opening and extracting a PDF never saves a notebook automatically. Cancelled or failed reading keeps your existing notes and the last completed preview.
Turn checked terms into practice
Edit your outline and add at least four clear term-and-definition pairs. Save the notebook, then create a free private practice set. General prose is not automatically understood. Review the questions before using them to study.
Keep exploring.
