This is JuanClick’s introductory website. It describes services being prepared for Manila and Cebu. You can now create a JuanClick member account, sign in and manage your profile. Bookings, online orders, live vehicle tracking and payments are not yet available.
Using this website
The site’s service filters, city selector and information dialogs work in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and we do not request your location. Account pages use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. It expires when your session ends; sign-in also expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or 12 hours overall. Our hosting provider may process standard technical access logs such as IP address, requested page and request time to operate and secure the website.
Your account information
We store your name, email address, chosen city, member or administrator access and optional phone number. Members who choose to offer services also select a primary service. Every member can find services and add or remove a service profile without creating another account. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not plaintext. Email addresses are not verified in this release. Please use accurate contact information and a unique passphrase.
We use these details to provide account access, maintain your profile and review provider participation. Authorized administrators can view account information, review provider profiles and suspend or restore access. Provider account approval does not verify identity or operating licenses.
Security records include account events and temporary login-attempt counters. IP addresses used in application throttling are converted into keyed identifiers; hosting logs may separately contain technical request details. Active account records are retained while the account is in use. Contact us to request correction or deletion; we may need to establish ownership before changing access or removing records. No public member directory is provided.
Contacting us
Email, call and SMS links open the appropriate app on your device. Nothing is sent until you choose to send a message or place a call. Any information you provide is handled through those communication channels so we can respond to your inquiry and discuss participation.
Please provide only what we need for that conversation: your city, your service or interest and your preferred contact details. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in an initial inquiry.
Questions about your information
Contact every@juanclick.ph or 0995 478 8562 to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or discuss deletion. We will review requests in light of the information involved and applicable requirements.

Coverage, pricing, availability, provider participation and any required operating authorizations will be established before services launch. This website does not confirm a booking or guarantee a service.
